When you submit the application form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give about your goal, preferred training frequency, main obstacle, preferred times, and how you heard about us. We also record basic technical and marketing information sent by your browser: page URL, referring page, campaign parameters (such as utm_source and gclid), device type, and the time of submission.
How we use it
To contact you about your Transformation Success Consultation and the 6-Week Challenge, to prepare your program, and to understand which marketing channels bring people to us. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host this site and store our applications on our behalf.
